The Role
We are seeking a Core or Developing Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing PBS team. You will work under structured clinical supervision to assess, develop, implement, and review Behaviour Support Plans for participants with complex needs.
This role suits a practitioner who wants to grow clinically, deepen their PBS expertise, and progress into Advanced / Proficient BSP or leadership roles over time.

What We'll Support You With
LifeFul provides structured clinical supervision aligned with the NDIS Capability Framework, support to progress from Core to Proficient BSP, guidance with Interim and Comprehensive BSP development, exposure to complex presentations with senior oversight, and clear escalation pathways for restrictive practices and risk-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to assessments and development of Behaviour Support Plans.
* Implement and review BSPs in line with NDIS and PBS best practice.
* Deliver person-centered, trauma-informed, evidence-based supports.
* Maintain high-quality documentation and reporting.
* Collaborate with families, support teams, and multidisciplinary practitioners.
* Participate in supervision, case reviews, and professional development
Caseload & Workload
Manage a mixed caseload under supervision, with caseload complexity and volume adjusted to experience. Allocated time is provided within work hours for supervision, case review, documentation, and professional development.

About You
You are values-aligned, reflective, and motivated to grow your clinical practice.
You will bring:
* Experience working with people with disability (PBS experience desirable but not essential).
* Understanding of the NDIS and Positive Behaviour Support frameworks.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Confidence in documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
* A growth mindset and commitment to evidence-based practice.
Qualifications & Compliance
* Meets suitability requirements as a Core Behaviour Support Practitioner under the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission Capability Framework.
* Relevant tertiary qualification (Disability, Community Services, Social Work, Mental Health, Allied Health or similar).
* NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check.
* Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
