We're looking for a Store Manager who can lead their team to create great experiences for our customers and drive business outcomes for their store.
A successful candidate will have the ability to build a culture that fosters engagement, product knowledge, and brand ambassadors within the store.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and embed a culture that promotes teamwork, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
2. Enable and empower the Store Management team to deliver multiple brand moments and an elevated flagship experience for our customers.
3. Identify team development needs and motivators to drive wellness, engagement, and performance.
4. Work with Field VM and Merch partners to provide customer and store insights to drive results and create great experiences.
5. Manage store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity and wage targets.
