**What's the role?**
This role works with the other operations team members to schedule and prioritise work across the creative and production team in delivering the campaign materials. It also helps manage our off-shore creative delivery team's workload and workflow.
**Who are you?**
- Ability to assess content creation briefs and understand what resources are needed
- Closely collaborate with creative and production team colleagues to uphold service level agreements and facilitate a smooth process for creative delivery
- Help build and optimise workflow processes, including workflow platforms/tools
- Strong attention to detail in briefing and quality control of creative assets
- Work with production and imaging departments to process images, check quality of images, check final artwork and sign off for artwork in relevant format
- Team player with positive communication skills and is calm under pressure
- Ability to work fast, and to deadlines, without compromising the quality of the work
- A highly motivated, productive and collaborative approach to your work
