We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Director (2IC) / Educational Leader to lead our brand-new 106-place service in Mount Pritchard, opening in November/December 2025. This role offers an immediate start, giving you the opportunity to play a key part in the lead-up to the opening.

About the role:
* Provide guidance and direction to educators through collaboration
* Offer support to educators to effectively implement the planning cycle to enhance practices and programs
* Lead, develop and implement effective and valuable educational programs within the service
* Ensure all learning is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework
* Encourage and demonstrate appropriate and respectful communication and behaviours within the service
About you:
* ACECQA Approved Diploma or Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education
* Experience in a similar role advantageous
* Current Working with Children Check
* Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
* Strong Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
* Strong computer skills
* Current approved First Aid Certificate
* Current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
