Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
Job Summary
The Administration Officer – General Managers provides executive administrative support to the three General Managers, as well as general administrative support to the Strategy and Performance Manager. This role is part of the Strategy and Performance team and operates autonomously, reporting to the Executive Administration Officer.
This is an ongoing contract opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful applicant will have strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, confidentiality, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support to the three General Managers and the Strategy and Performance Manager
* Managing and maintaining records, files, and databases
* Coordinating travel arrangements and managing diaries
* Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
* Developing and implementing administrative processes and procedures
Requirements
* Achilles card (working with vulnerable people check)
* National police clearance (required for specific positions)
* Driver's license
* Relevant qualifications and experience in administration or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
