EXP. restaurant is seeking a full-time waiter, sommelier or assistant manager to join our team at our establishment in Pokolbin, NSW. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven hospitality professional to contribute to the success of our acclaimed restaurant and help deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers.
What you'll be doing
* Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of all guests
* Assisting with the curation and presentation of our wine and beverage offerings
* Effectively communicating menu items, food and wine pairings, and daily specials
* Handling cash, processing payments, and reconciling transactions
* Maintaining a clean and organised dining area
* Contributing to inventory management, stock control, and other operational tasks
* Supporting the assistant manager or sommelier in their duties as needed
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
* Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for food and wine
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
