* This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of small to medium-sized national QSR and food manufacturer accounts within the HORECA channel. You will be responsible for leading day-to-day account management, driving incremental growth through new product development, menu solutions, and limited time offers, building strong strategic relationships across new and existing accounts, identifying and converting new business opportunities that align with our brand portfolio, partnering with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and forecasting accuracy, and maintaining accurate records and reporting via Salesforce and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead day-to-day account management including pricing, promotional planning, and business reviews.
2. Drive incremental growth through NPD, menu solutions, and limited time offers.
3. Build strong, strategic relationships across new and existing accounts.
4. Identify and convert new business opportunities that align with our brand portfolio.
5. Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and forecasting accuracy.
6. Maintain accurate records and reporting via Salesforce and internal systems.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in account management within foodservice, QSR, or FMCG.
* Strong solution selling skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Commercially savvy with experience conducting P&L and margin analysis.
* Persistent, driven, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
* Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) and Microsoft Office suite.
