Key Operational Role
As a Deputy Contract and Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily maritime operations. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the management of these operations to guarantee safe, efficient service delivery.

* Managing and coordinating daily maritime operations
* Supporting seasonal voyage planning, port calls, logistics, and crewing
* Ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and internal standards
* Liaising with stakeholders, clients, and authorities to maintain operational readiness
* Coordinating workforce recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives
* Overseeing contract administration, reporting, and compliance activities
* Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
* Driving innovation and process improvements to optimize costs
