Marketing Assistant
About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support and deliver Tactile Systems’ marketing activities, with a strong focus on digital marketing. This role will manage social media, email campaigns, website content, and campaign support, while also contributing to broader marketing initiatives across the business.
This is a hands-on role requiring a candidate who can confidently create, manage, and deliver high-quality marketing content while working closely with sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
* Produce high-quality marketing content including copy, graphics, photos, and short-form videos.
* Coordinate and send email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp or similar platforms.
* Assist with website content updates, blog posts, and basic SEO.
* Maintain the company’s digital content library.
* Support sales and operations teams with marketing materials and project promotion.
* Monitor engagement, respond to enquiries, and report on campaign performance.
About You
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing or digital marketing role.
* Demonstrated ability to create and deliver professional, on-brand marketing content across multiple platforms.
* Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Meta Business Suite, and Mailchimp (or similar).
* Confident copywriting skills with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
* Experience in construction or trade-related industries is highly regarded but not essential.
