You will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislations. You will also serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll matters. Key Responsibilities Processing end-to-end payroll for all employees Manage payroll provider relationships, ensuring accuracy and compliance Ensure accuracy in timesheet data, tax deductions, superannuation contributions, and any other payroll-related transactions Responding to employee queries regarding payroll in a timely and professional manner Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Assist with end-of-month, quarterly, and annual reporting and reconciliation. Stay updated on relevant legislation, tax changes, and payroll best practices. Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Australian payroll systems, tax laws, and superannuation regulations. Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, or similar). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage confidential information with integrity. Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
