ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is looking for an experienced Client Service Representative to join their dynamic international freight team where no two days are the same. As a Client Service Representative, you'll manage end-to-end shipment coordination, ensuring goods move smoothly from order through to delivery on time, on budget, and to expectation.
DUTIES
* Coordinate international freight from booking through to final delivery.
* Communicate with customers, overseas offices, and partners to keep shipments on track.
* Ensure rates, bookings, and documentation are accurate and align with agreements.
* Troubleshoot issues quickly and keep customers updated every step of the way.
* Work closely with the operations team to deliver seamless service.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a freight forwarding Customer Service position in Australia.
* Strong customer service skills and a passion for logistics.
* Great attention to detail and accuracy in data and documentation.
* Experience using CargoWise (or similar freight system).
* The ability to stay calm, proactive, and solutions-focused under pressure.
* A team-first attitude and willingness to collaborate.
