About the role
The Epilepsy Foundation is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Casual Sales Assistant to join our recent Op Shop in Wendouree, Victoria. This is a casual position, offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.
What you'll be doing
* Providing excellent customer service to all visitors to the Op Shop
* Assisting with the sorting, pricing and presentation of donated goods
* Operating the cash register and managing sales transactions
* Ensuring the store is clean, tidy and well-stocked at all times
* Helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the store
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in an Op Shop or similar workplace
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful manner
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
* A genuine interest in supporting the work of the Epilepsy Foundation
