What you'll do We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and service-focused individual to join the Woolworths People Advisory team. Assisting our valued Woolworths Team Members with Payroll and Kronos administration, this is a part time, fixed term contract, working Sunday 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday 5:30am - 9:30am, Tuesday 7am - 11am and Wednesday 7:00am - 3:30pm Process, calculate and maintain wage and salary records in line with the enterprise agreement Provide coaching and support for Team Members at all levels Meet all KPIs and objectives aligned to HR Service Delivery objectives and targeted service levels Provide exceptional customer service experiences through efficient evaluation, closure and/or escalation of all queries and advice Provide valued contribution by identifying process improvement opportunities What you will bring Be available to work weekends Experience working with Kronos time and attendance Effective written communication skills Have strong computer literacy, efficiency in work and time management skills Bring a strong risk lens to ensure team member privacy is maintained and personal information is protected Be adaptable and comfortable with change; demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
