Role Description
This is a part time role for a Mobile Personal Trainer. The role involves delivering personalised 1-on-1 and small groups to clients in various settings, including in their homes, outdoor environments, and virtually. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating tailored fitness plans, providing guidance on exercise techniques, conducting circuit training, offering support for nutritional needs, and coaching clients to achieve their fitness goals. Regular communication with clients to assess progress and tweak programs is essential.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Mobile Personal Training, Fitness Instruction, and Circuit Training
* Skills in Nutrition and providing dietary guidance
* Experience or certifications in Personal Training
* Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
* Relevant certifications in fitness, personal training, or related fields (min Cert IV Personal Training)
* A passion for health and fitness along with the ability to work independently
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* Own Insurance
* Valid driver's license and access to a reliable mode of transportation
