Overview:
Lead and scale CrowdStrike’s Data Services team, overseeing deployment, operations, and performance of cloud-native data platforms such as Apache Cassandra, Kafka, OpenSearch, Redis, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor engineers across global teams
- Architect and scale high-performance data platforms
- Drive reliability, performance, and cost optimization
- Work across cloud (AWS, GCP, OCI, Azure) and hybrid infrastructures
Requirements:
- 8+ years in engineering, 5+ years in leadership
- Deep expertise in distributed systems and data infrastructure
- Robust cloud, Kubernetes, and Linux experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration
- Bachelor’s in CS or related field (Master’s preferred)
