Job Description:
We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Scheduling Officer to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in ensuring efficient scheduling and execution of maintenance activities across facilities. Reporting to Regional Team Leader, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You'll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisors and SDPs to ensure timely execution of scheduled works
Coordinate and schedule SDP works across multiple assets
Prioritise works based on Work Order category
Maintain scheduling system and documentation, generating reports to support performance tracking * Engage proactively with stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimise delivery outcomes
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in maintenance or works scheduling within facilities management or asset management environments
Proficiency in scheduling, work order, and asset management systems, complemented by strong Microsoft Office skills
Sound understanding of the WA Work Health and Safety Act, relevant Codes of Practice, and regulatory requirements
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage scheduling priorities and resolve conflicts effectively
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and uphold professional standards in a dynamic operational setting.
