The primary purpose of this position is to work with our internal Diversity & Inclusion unit staff, external stakeholders, internal (people) HR, recruitment, senior management and operational teams, in NSW and VIC, to develop and roll-out innovative and impactful D&I plans, projects, and initiatives that align with our KPIs.
The Role
1. Partner with various stakeholders to design, coordinate, roll out and measure D&I initiatives with specific focus on the Urban business.
2. Drive the adoption of corporate-wide programs for both VIC and NSW.
3. Measure and communicate results against committed D&I actions, ensuring meaningful and measurable progress towards D&I and business goals.
4. This role includes coordinating the recruitment of suitable socially disadvantaged employees with the involvement of local community, site management and Clients.
5. Implementation of specific Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and projects as required across Compass Group shared services and business sectors.
6. This role includes responsibility for ‘on the ground’ implementation of business development initiatives, training and employment designed to engage and benefit socially disadvantaged peoples and communities.
7. Source resources and funding to develop and implement collaborative D&I initiatives, projects and activities.
8. Travel required between Melbourne and Sydney
