The Role You’ll be responsible for ensuring your teams accurate estimating and pricing up of HVAC projects so that they are in line with company commercial models. You will lead a team of Project Managers, designers, and estimators and ensure they deliver high-quality work. Work is spread across Metropolitan areas such as Commercial Offices, Government, Shopping Centres, Cold Storage and Bank Head-Offices. Key Responsibilities: Decision-maker on tendering and bid/no bid as well the pricing and cost control. Liasing with internal and external stakeholders such as landlords, commercial property agencies, owner operators, government, contractors and surveyors. Maintain and uphold operational efficiency and productivity within target KPIs and timelines. Design and execution of commercial policies, contract standards and risk management policies. Requirements: 10 years’ management experience in HVAC industry and 5 years’ senior experience leading estimating and project management. Proven experience in leading tender decision and responses. Experience in stakeholder management and contract management. Tertiary qualification in either engineering, construction or project management.
