This role is for someone who genuinely cares about people and wants to make a difference in their lives. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and telephone enquiries.
Your duties will include ensuring reception is welcoming, neat, and tidy and reflects a professional image, providing administrative support for the team, receiving payments and issuing accounts and associated correspondence, identifying service requirements with sensitivity to client grief, beliefs, traditions, and rituals, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services, completing funeral documentation accurately and on time, explaining costs and payment terms clearly, and liaising with service providers, such as clergy, florist, newspapers, and other suppliers.
