Job Title:
Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading a multidisciplinary team across all phases of project delivery
* Client management and engagement, building strong rapport with the client and client representatives
* Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements across the lifecycle
* Taking responsibility for the financial performance of the project, overseeing procurement and ongoing cost controls
* Overseeing project program and measuring managing performance of sub-contractors
* Fostering a culture of collaboration, safety, and operational excellence on the project
About the Project:
This is a senior-level Project Manager position on a multi-year, high-profile water infrastructure project based in Bendigo. You'll take full ownership of the delivery of a Water Reclamation Plant Upgrade, managing works from design and procurement through to commissioning and handover.

What We're Looking For:
* 10+ years of Project Management experience, specifically in sewage treatment or complex water infrastructure
* Proven track record delivering relevant projects
* Strong working relationships with water authorities or government utility clients, ideally within Victoria, though interstate or NZ experience will also be considered
* Excellent safety record and leadership mindset, with a focus on risk management and compliance
* Familiarity with Water Authority contracts and specifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
