Manufacturing Operations Manager
This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a leadership role in a dynamic workshop environment. As the Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a dedicated workshop.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Oversight and management of a workshop supporting Explosive Ordnance Projects
* Implementation of Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) tool
* Servicing and calibration of technical equipment within the workshop
* Driving safety culture to ensure WHS compliance with all workshop users
* Providing technical input to support user requirements
* Developing or maintaining documentation including Work Orders, Work Instructions, SOPs, Risk Assessments, Equipment maintenance procedures
* Potential support to customer training and competency management
To excel in this role, you will need significant manufacturing/production experience leading safety-critical technical operations, relevant trade qualification(s), Certificate IV WH&S certification, and substantial hands-on and supervisory experience in a multi-discipline workshop environment.
