Business Services Representative

We're seeking Customer Administration Assistants to support our retail services operation at Laverton, Melbourne. These roles focus on administrative support for our retail client, ensuring excellent customer service and store support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Complete customer-related activities accurately and timely to support revenue management.
2. Handle administrative tasks such as purchase order reconciliation, stock management, documentation, transport logs, data entry, report analysis, and booking logistics support.
3. E nsure positive customer interactions.
4. Implement efficient administration processes within scope of work.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
1. Experience in Customer Service or similar roles (industry experience preferred).
2. Strong customer service, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
3. Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail.
4. Effective communication skills.
5. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WMS, TMS.
