Grand Civil Pty Ltd – Civil Construction Operator
Grand Civil Pty Ltd is currently looking for experienced Civil Construction Operators for projects in Hervey Bay and Maryborough. These are casual positions of up to 40 hours per week, with the possibility of transition to a permanent full‑time role for the right applicant.
Role Focus
We are primarily recruiting for EXCAVATOR OPERATOR roles.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' experience operating 5‑tonne to 40‑tonne excavators in civil construction or mining.
* Excavator Ticket
* Current driver's licence
* White card
Desirable Skills
* Familiarity with GPS/navigation software.
* Other machine operator tickets (grader, skid‑steer).
* Experience in final trim.
