Brief Description
As our new Senior People Systems Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting and maintaining our People & Culture systems. You’ll work closely with the People Systems Manager and team to keep our HR technology platforms running smoothly, resolve issues, assist with system-related projects, and contribute to process improvements that enhance the employee experience.
Provide support for HR systems, including troubleshooting, data checks, and issue resolution.
Assist with system updates, new features, and process improvements.
Manage user access, respond to queries, and maintain system records.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and system integration.
Conduct audits and generate reports to ensure data quality and compliance.
Contribute to documentation and process guides.
Test system changes and provide feedback for improvements.
Keep abreast of system trends and capabilities for ongoing enhancement.
What Experience You’ll Bring
Minimum 3 years' experience in an HRIS or People Systems support role.
Strong knowledge of HR systems (experience with UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday preferred).
Proficient in data navigation, report generation, and user support.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills, able to explain technical issues simply.
Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively.
Proactive and adaptable with a solutions-focused mindset.
Desirable
Experience with UKG Ready or similar cloud HR systems.
Support for cross-functional teams or HR projects.
Understanding of data privacy and compliance.
