**SITE OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR**
- Dayshift, Monday - Friday, 0600-1400
- 38hrs per week, competitive hourly rate
- Leadership role
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As the Site Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible to ensure all Projects are delivered by subcontractors safely and to industry leading quality by:
- Managing the delivery of electrical installations and project construction environments
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Managing internal and external stakeholders, including customers, third-party contractors, and suppliers
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with third-party contractors and suppliers
- Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that the site is in compliance with all regulations
- Monitoring and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition
**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
- Licensed electrician or strong experience in project delivery of electrical installations.
- At least 5 years' experience in project construction environments.
- At least 3 years' experience in commercial property or commercial solar construction roles
- Ideally, experienced in commercial solar construction with Solar Accreditations
- Strong internal and external stakeholder capability, including demonstrated customer focus, management of third-party contractors, and negotiating skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
