Position: Fixed Term Sales Associate The Fixed Term Sales Associate must always be ready to assist customers with merchandise selection and ensure that the customer's overall experience is positive.
The Sales Associate will excel at executing the Customer Service Strategy and delivering sales results by communicating trend and fashion knowledge to customers.
What you will do : Engage and interact with customers to generate sales by identifying their needs.
Demonstrate high energy and appearance to provide solutions to customers.
Have product knowledge of the merchandise offered, including the latest trends and styles.
Maintain floor standards, including replenishment, presentation, and overall cleanliness of the department.
Understand all systems and procedures related to sales and credit transactions.
Process all Point of Sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Inspire others with recommendations, build trust quickly, and gain cooperation with minimal disruption.
Work in a professional, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Act with customers in mind, demonstrating strong networking and relationship management skills.
What you will bring to the team : Proven sales track record, detail-oriented, client-focused.
Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed—results-driven.
Experience in a service or selling industry is preferred.
Full flexibility with schedule, including evenings and weekends.
