You will hold demonstrated experience designing and implementing education and training programs across complex primary health, acute, emergency or rural settings. About the role
The Clinical Educator is responsible for developing, providing, and coordinating clinical education and training for all staff and students at Acacia. You will ensure all mandatory and non-mandatory clinical training requirements are met. This also includes the induction of clinical staff, students, contractors, and visitors (where necessary) to the health facilities.
To be successful in this role, you will have;
The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Postgraduate Diploma or Master's in Clinical Education or equivalent Extensive experience in the planning, development and delivery of clinical education programs Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace training Ability to effectively communicate in both written and oral forms
This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes a national police check and Department of Justice clearance as an essential selection component for this role.
