We're seeking an organised and proactive HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support HR operations and recruitment processes.
You'll work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and hiring managers to deliver a seamless candidate and employee experience.
About The Role You'll manage the recruitment lifecycle-from job ads and candidate sourcing to interviews and offers-while maintaining accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
You'll also coordinate onboarding, assist with HR reporting, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
