The group is an owner / occupier of a diverse portfolio of property and land assets around Australia. Due to the ever changing corporate landscape, there is asignificant program of divestment and acquisition ahead, to ensure the portfolio is fit for future purpose for the coming years.
We are seeking a seasoned property professional with demonstrable experience managing freehold and / or leasehold acquisition and divestment processes. Asset could include office, industrial, land, social infrastructure and residential.
Applicants must have experience in property transactions.
This is a contract role initially, with the possibility / option of permanency in mid 2026.
