A Finance Assistant helps support the financial operations of a business by handling routine accounting, administrative, and financial record-keeping tasks. This role ensures financial data is accurate, organized, and available for decision-making.
Main Responsibilities
* Processing invoices, payments, and expense claims
* Maintaining financial records, spreadsheets, and databases
* Assisting with budgeting, bookkeeping, and financial reports
* Reconciling bank statements and tracking transactions
* Supporting payroll or accounts payable/receivable tasks
* Communicating with suppliers, clients, or internal teams about finances
Skills & Qualifications
* Basic accounting or finance knowledge
* Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
* Proficiency in spreadsheets and accounting software
