Key Responsibilities
* Be the first and key point of contact for our customers;
* Create and maintain excellent customer relationships;
* Process customer orders and/or enquires;
* Perform administrative and general office tasks as required.
Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent communication and organisational skills including telephone manner;
* Previous call centre experience preferably in the food service industry;
* Capable of working under pressure in an exciting team environment.
