The role
Do you love where you live and want to share it with others? We're looking for an enthusiastic Casual Destination Experience Officer to help visitors discover the very best of the Barrington Coast.
You'll be part of our Visitor Information team, working across our centres in Forster and Gloucester as well as pop-up stalls and events throughout the MidCoast region. Every day will look a little different — one day you might be helping a family plan their holiday itinerary, and the next chatting to travellers about local food, beaches, and hidden gems.
We're Looking For
* A confident communicator with a friendly, welcoming approach.
* Strong local knowledge and a genuine love of the MidCoast region.
* Someone who is confident tailoring recommendations to suit a wide range of visitors.
* Flexibility to work across multiple locations and weekends or school holidays.
* Enthusiasm for promoting tourism and encouraging visitors to stay longer and spend locally.

Remuneration:
31.64 per hour + 25% casual leave loading.
Location:
Predominantly based out of our Visitor information centres in Gloucester and Forster, as well as pop up locations across the MidCoast.
Tenure:
Casual
