I'm currently partnering with a large and complex enterprise organisation to recruit a Business Analyst (ERP) opportunity.
This is a rare greenfield ERP opportunity.
With technology positioned as a key enabler of their transformation journey, this business is investing in strategic initiatives that will shape its future roadmap.
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join a cross-functional team based in Brisbane.
This hands-on role will be instrumental in driving enhancements, supporting business-as-usual operations, and contributing to high-impact projects.
You'll work within a collaborative environment that embraces Agile, DevOps, and Design Thinking methodologies to deliver meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business adoption of a major ERP transformation by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders across the organisation.
Drive and validate prioritisation of enhancements, projects, and BAU support scope.
Compile Features, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, Process Maps/Flows, Storyboards, and Iterative Releases.
Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to deliver customer-focused sprint outcomes.
Contribute to design discussions in line with architectural direction.
Support both planned and operational workstreams within a dynamic team environment.
Essential Skills and Experience
4+ years' experience in Agile software development (Scrum or Kanban).
Strong experience in business process analysis, mapping, and technology-driven solution design – ERP experience highly regarded, with TechnologyOne preferred
Proven ability to model technical change, user stories, and processes.
Experience in business process analysis and technology-based solution design.
Proficiency in Agile BA techniques: MVP, Epic >Feature >Story creation, estimation methods (Fibonacci, T-shirt sizing), storyboarding, wireframes, personas, and 3 Amigos.
Ability to coach stakeholders and support Agile adoption.

Casual Loading
