Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, this full-time role will focus on new car deals – across retail, fleet, government, and rental – ensuring swift and accurate processing using the latest in dealer software. Whether you're an experienced deal processor or a rego specialist, training can be provided on the other function. The site processes around 200 new deals each month, so being organized and calm under pressure is key. You'll be supported by a solid admin team and backed by systems that streamline your workload. Key Skills & Experience: Experience in automotive administration, vehicle registration, or dealership operations Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills Familiarity with QLD Transport systems and compliance frameworks Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or DMS/CRM tools Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team What’s on offer: Full-time permanent role Monday to Friday, 38-hour work week Salary negotiable based on experience Training provided in either rego or deal processing Opportunity to join a professional and supportive team If you have prior dealership experience and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you!
