Goodwin Aged Care is seeking an experienced Change Management Transformation Partner to support the successful delivery of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives aligned to our Strategic Roadmap (2026–2031).
This is a critical role within our Transformation Office, suited to a seasoned change professional who can drive adoption, embed sustainable change, and influence at all levels of the organisation.
About the Role
Working within a multi-disciplinary Transformation Delivery Team, you will lead the design and delivery of structured change approaches to ensure initiatives are effectively understood, adopted, and sustained. You will partner closely with executives and operational leaders to translate strategy into practical, people-centred outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end change delivery across transformation initiatives
* Conduct change impact and readiness assessments
* Develop and execute change, communication, and engagement plans
* Partner with leaders to drive change adoption and capability uplift
* Identify and manage adoption risks, resistance, and dependencies
* Support implementation and transition into business-as-usual operations
* Monitor benefits realisation and embed continuous improvement practices
About You
* Proven experience delivering complex change or transformation initiatives
* Strong practical expertise in change management delivery and implementation
* Ability to translate strategy into clear, executable plans
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capability, including at executive level
* Strong communication and reporting skills
* Experience in regulated or complex environments (desirable)
* Formal change management certification (e.g. Prosci, APMG) highly regarded
