Job Title: Machine Operator - FMCG Industry

Shifts: Day, Afternoon, and Night Shifts Available
Pay Rate: $31.23 - $37.48 per hour

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in the fast-paced FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry, based in Yatala. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery on production lines, ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. This role offers a competitive pay rate, with shifts available across days, afternoons, and nights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform regular checks to ensure machinery is functioning correctly and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Follow production schedules to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
- Accurately record production data and complete relevant documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to optimise efficiency and output.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Experience working with production machinery, including setup, operation, and maintenance.
- Forklift license preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work across day, afternoon, and night shifts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
