Full-time 38 hours per week, ongoing position at Warrnambool Campus.
The role requires an innovator who can effectively respond to training demands of clients, work in various environments and teaching learning modes.
TAFE teachers are expected to work as members of a team and be involved in course and program coordination activities supporting effective operation of the teaching centre and achievement of learning outcomes for students.
Key Requirements
* An approved Certificate III in Agriculture or higher, or equivalent qualifications, industry experience and ability to demonstrate currency in vocational workplace competencies.
* Minimum vocational teaching qualification Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
* A current driver's license and satisfactory Employee Check.
Desirable Requirements
* An approved course of teacher training accredited at Australian Qualifications Framework Level 5 or above with studies in adult learning methodology and teaching in a Vocational Education environment.
* Post graduate qualifications in Adult Education and substantial experience using Microsoft Office products and relevant industry software.
