We are looking for a strong **_Manager_** who will provide the highest level of service and care to their customers at the retail outlet in Malaga. You will be working harmoniously within the local school community and operate the day to day activities of the business.
For the past 35 years this company has provided quality products and services to school communities across Australia. Operating their businesses from within schools and their showrooms - allowing their families 'ease of access' to the range and value for money.
**You will possess the following skills and attributes**:
- Respect the values of the school community
- Retail Management experience is essential as you have a team to motivate, stock to process and will need to build strong relationships with the greater school community
- Experience working with large volumes of stock
- A strong level of customer service and sales experience
- Operation of a POS system and cash handling
- Have pride in your appearance and your working environment
- Experience with MYOB is an advantage.
- Strong organisation and merchandising skills (store presentation will be of the highest quality)
- Adaptable with a strong understanding of the retail Industry.
**Whats in it for you**:

- 23 hours per week
- Tues-Sat rostered days
The company operates in support of the school Communities and this enables them to close over Christmas, for a period over the Easter and some semester breaks. There will be peak periods throughout the year where additional hours will be required and these are discussed in advance.
