**ABOUT THE ROLE**
**DUTIES**
- Sell a range of FCL/LCL services offerings to freight forwarding decision-makers
- Develop and execute a sales pipeline, delivering a mixture of new and retained seafreight volumes
- Ability to build strong relationships developed from working in the Freight Forwarding industry
- Understand and deliver new product and service knowledge to translate a customer's need into a solution
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Follow up on new business leads and book appointments
- Generate new opportunities through self-made contact
- Research and development of new sales opportunities
- Implementation of new strategies to increase business growth
- Preparation of sales reports
