What You'll Be Doing
* Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring full compliance with Buildsafe policies, procedures, and legislative requirements;
* Conduct pre‐site inspections, review scaffold CADs, and communicate detailed project specifications to clients and internal technical design and estimating teams;
* Overseeing quality installation of scaffold and height safety systems;
* Conducting site audits with a high attention to detail and attending site meetings as required;
* Ensuring all training, competencies, and tickets are current and maintained;
* Monitoring job performance, invoicing accuracy, and branch profitability;
* Ensuring all reporting, documentation, and operational compliance requirements are met; and
* Acting as a professional Buildsafe representative with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
About You Must Haves:
* Proven leadership experience within scaffolding, construction, or height safety;
* Scaffolding qualifications and relevant high‐risk work tickets;
* Ability to lead by example and hold teams accountable;
* Strong organisational, time management, and problem‐solving skills;
* Experience managing operational performance, compliance, and documentation;
* A valid driver's licence.
