We're seeking a welcoming and organised Receptionist to join our centrally located Mackay clinic. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent service and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our practice.
Job Description
* Warmly welcome patients and create a positive first impression.
* Coordinate appointment bookings and manage the clinic's schedule.
* Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries or requests.
* Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and presentable.
* Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a medical receptionist.
* Previous experience in the dental industry is advantageous.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Confidence using computer systems; familiarity with dental software is a plus.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* A friendly, professional manner and a genuine interest in patient care.
