We're looking for a Casual Studio Manager for approximately 25 hours per week to lead the day-to-day experience, operations and performance of KICStudio.
This role sits at the heart of our studio connecting strategy with execution. You'll bring our playbooks, standards and member experience to life through strong on-floor leadership, seamless operations and a deep care for our community.
You'll lead by example, regularly stepping into front-of-house, while also owning the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the studio running smoothly from people leadership and roster management to retention, marketing and local partnerships.
What you'll be responsible for On the floor
* Deliver a best-in-class KICStudio front-of-house experience
* Model exceptional hosting standards and team behaviours
* Support members and maintain a welcoming, high-energy studio environment
Off the floor Studio Leadership & Operations
* Own the smooth day-to-day running of the studio
* Uphold studio standards, processes and experience expectations
* Act as the on-site leader for Trainers and Hosts
Customer Experience & Retention
* Manage studio communications (phone, email, messaging)
* Ensure all member enquiries are responded to within 1 business day
* Monitor and resolve payment issues and membership queries
People & Rostering
* Manage Trainer and Host rosters
* Support onboarding, training and ongoing development
* Identify resourcing needs and provide recommendations
* Oversee presentation, cleanliness and operational readiness
* Manage cleaning schedules and flag maintenance needs
Community & Marketing
* Support local marketing initiatives and studio activations
* Build relationships with local businesses and community groups
* Assist with campaigns, events and challenges
Social & Content
* Own the KICStudio Instagram (with support from Marketing team)
* Capture and schedule in-studio content
* Engage with the community via DMs and comments
What we're looking for
* 2+ years managing a fitness, wellness or health studio/clinic
* Experience leading casual teams and managing rosters
* Strong customer experience and retention mindset
* Confidence using booking/CRM systems
* Experience managing social media in a professional setting
* First Aid & CPR
* Working With Children Check
Nice to have
* MindBody experience
* Background in business, leadership or management
* Social media or digital marketing qualifications
