Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated customer service professional to join our team as a Membership Services Representative.
As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests. This includes greeting and farewelling all members and guests, monitoring club access, answering questions, and handling member complaints in a timely and professional manner.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have an upbeat and motivating attitude, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess previous customer service experience, with a Certificate 3 in Fitness and current First Aid and CPR certification. Additionally, they must hold a valid National Police Check certificate and Working with Children (WWC) clearance. Key Responsibilities:
* Providing exceptional customer service to members and guests.
* Monitoring club access and maintaining a secure environment.
* Answering questions and resolving member complaints efficiently.
* Having an in-depth understanding of our Judgement Free Zone policy and effectively communicating it to members and non-members.
* Handling phone calls and messages professionally.
* Conducting club tours and educating members about our facilities.
* Selling memberships and managing membership agreements.
* Operating the Point-of-Sale system and processing transactions accurately.
* Maintaining accurate records and reports.
* Participating in daily cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
* Previous customer service experience preferred.
* Certificate 3 in Fitness.
* Current First Aid and CPR certification.
* Valid National Police Check certificate.
* Working with Children (WWC) clearance.
