**Inbound Customer Service Consultant** to be the first point of contact for mobile & NBN inquiries for customers across Australia.
This is a
**stable, full-time, permanent position** where you will be working 38 hours per week with some flexibility on how you complete these hours - A normal working week is Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm to allow for daylight savings. We are offering a competitive salary bracket of
**$58-$65k + Super** depending on experience.
**What we are looking for**:
- Experience within a contact center is ideal but not a must
- Not just experience within customer service but a passion for it!
- A positive attitude & ability to adapt while speaking to a diverse range of customers
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- A desire to grow & develop within a supportive & tenured team
**What the role entails**:
- Handling all inbound enquiries relating to basic technical support & troubleshooting
- Managing a busy inbox & follow up on escalations
- Providing excellent customer service all day, every day
- Data entry & general administration
