Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support across HR and recruitment activities. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining up-to-date records.


About the Role

This is a fixed-term opportunity that will see you supporting our HR and recruitment teams with various tasks. As an experienced administrator, you will be able to hit the ground running and make a positive impact from day one.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support across HR and recruitment activities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and systems

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience in administration, ideally within HR or recruitment. You should also possess strong organizational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and be confident in using Microsoft Excel and HRIS/database systems.
