Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Framework Development Officer - Afghanistan Inquiry Reform Program on a contract for 2.5 months.

The objectives of this initiative are to:_
Develop a Defence Partnership Management Framework which:_
Addresses the past and takes appropriate action to improve organisational, collective and individual responsibility for partnership failures in the management of complaints and reports of wrong doing.
Prevents recurrence by building an evidence based framework which is holistic and integrated with acceptance and endorsement from stakeholders.
Develop tools to support the systems, culture and accountability mechanisms to promptly respond to departures from required standards.

The key outputs to be delivered through this initiative are:_
Create a Partnerships Framework. This will include how agencies can work together.
Develop Education and /Training Materials/Courseware for use in appropriate courses, workshops, exercise and development activities.
Develop Aide Memoir Materials for Commanders, Principle Staff Officers and Staff as required.
Develop Complaint Management Process for reporting of potential misconduct by non-government organisations, government agencies and individuals.
Prepare amendment guidance for existing Doctrine, Policy and Procedure.
Prioritised action list for implementation by identified officers.
