We're Hiring: Experienced Reception / Sales Administrator
About the Role
This is a full-time, front-of-house position providing essential administrative support to our busy sales team.
Hours:
Monday to Thursday:
8:30am – 5:00pm
Friday:
8:30am – 4:30pm
You'll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and callers, while also assisting with a variety of sales administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Front desk reception and client service
Administration support to the sales team
Preparation of PO Form 6s
Contract preparation and processing
Marketing coordination
Correspondence with solicitors and external stakeholders
Maintaining office presentation and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar real estate administration or reception role
Is a natural multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
Enjoys working as part of a close, supportive team
Presents professionally and communicates confidently
Brings a positive, can-do attitude to every day
