Administrative Support Position
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee accounts receivable and bookkeeping tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
* Generate invoices and produce weekly payslips for employees, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
* Manage the front desk and reception duties with efficiency and courtesy.
* Assist in preparing job files and handle incoming/outgoing mail with attention to detail.
* Operate ERP software system and perform banking tasks effectively.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in administration is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with blue-collar sector or interest in repair and maintenance companies would be an asset.
* A strong understanding of operating systems and software is essential.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
This is a temporary to permanent position offering the opportunity to work with a variety of tasks and be part of a small friendly team based in Dandenong South, Melbourne. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment.
