**About the Role**
In the role you will be a key part of the interdisciplinary team within Community Rehabilitation, ensuring the provision of high quality Social Work service, with the aim of improving patient outcomes and / or facilitating discharge. You will provide high quality supervision of undergraduate and / or postgraduate students and Allied Health Assistants as allocated and contribute to the achievement of organisation targets by ensuring client flow through the service.
**About You**
You are an experienced Grade 1 or 2 Social worker looking for a role within the community setting. You have been developing your clinical skills in individual, family and/or group practice across a diverse range of population groups and are ready to take the next steps in your career. You lead by example, and enjoy working in a agile, interdisciplinary setting. You are passionate about delivering a high standard of evidence based, person-centred care. You have highly developed oral and written communication skills and enjoy participating in, and leading, quality improvement projects that improve care delivery for clients.
**What You Need**:
- An AASW accredited Bachelor's Degree or an entry level Master's Degree in Social Work
- Eligibility for ordinary membership of AASW (Written evidence of eligibility for AASW membership is required for overseas qualifications)
- Current Victorian Driver's licence
- Current Working with Children check
- Previous experience in a health setting.
