Job Description Summary
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a high‐performing warehouse function that delivers safe, accurate, and cost‐effective logistics outcomes aligned with business needs. This role oversees the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, ensuring high service standards, inventory accuracy, and strong stakeholder satisfaction while maintaining a focus on safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
About the Role
This is a full‐time, permanent position based out of our Welshpool Warehouse.
Responsibilities
* Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.
* Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve productivity and quality targets.
* Ensure compliance with WHS (Work Health & Safety) policies and procedures.
* Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
* Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to meet operational requirements.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to support seamless operations.
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
* Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
* Knowledge of WHS regulations and safe work practices.
* Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).
* Excellent organisational and problem‐solving skills.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Forklift licence (desirable).
